Kevin G Bean, Esq.

Mr. Kevin G Bean is a Barrister and Attorney and Notary Public called to the Bar in both Bermuda and Barbados and has been practicing law for some 13 years. Mr. Bean as a co-founding member of Beacon, brings his wealth of expertise to the firm in the form of Global Legal Structuring, Governmental Support and Liaison, Project Finance, Public Finance and other Leveraged Finance techniques. Mr. Bean Holds a Bachelor' Degree in Politics and Economics from the State University of New York, a Law Degree (LLB) from the London School of Economics & Political Science, a Legal Education Certificate (L.E.C.) from Hugh Wooding Law School University of the West Indies and holds a (MIarb) professional designation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mr. Ed Hartwell joined Beacon in June of 2011 and serves the firm as its Chief Operating Officer and President for Business Development. Ed is also employed with Newmark Knight Frank (www.newmarkkf.com) which he joined in 2005 at the firm's Atlanta office. He is focused on raising equity and debt for infrastructure and renewable energy financing. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Hartwell served as director of client services Southeast for the sports representation firm, GAAMES. He brings 10 years of sales and sports management experience. In this capacity, his main responsibilities included contract/endorsement negotiations, sales presentation and career management. Previously, Mr. Hartwell served as assistant director of scouting for the Arizona Diamondbacks and played professional baseball for the San Francisco Giants.

Ms. Catherine Thomas is an Attorney-At-Law called to the Bar in the District of Colombia USA since 1979. Ms. Thomas brings to Beacon Ltd her wealth and expertise in the field of Export Management as she hold certification in this field from the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation and has actively assisted clients in the import and export of their products and services domestically and internationally. Catherine frequently leads and participates in Foreign Trade Missions (Governmental & Private) attending on various US Governmental Agencies and Departments in the Washington DC area. Ms. Thomas holds a J.D. Degree from George Washington University and Bachelor's of Arts Degree in History from City College in New York.
James Donigan, Esq.
Vice President For Business Development
Mr. James L. Donigan, an attorney and financier, is Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development for Beacon Ltd. Mr. Donigan is responsible for facilitating business opportunities, capital investment placement and project development and sourcing financing for Beacon clients.
James incorporates his extensive experience with complex litigation matters to pay meticulous attention to the development of agreements and opportunities that protect and meet the needs, goals and interests of Beacon clients through skilled legal contract preparation and review.
James received his Juris Doctorate from the Beasly School of Law at Temple University and is a member of the bar in New York, Pennsylvania District of Columbia along with a number Federal Courts in the US. He holds a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Albany and series 7, and 66 FINRA licensing certifications. James is also a 1994 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY where he studied International Politics and Africana Studies.

Mr. Nenad Dordevic joins Beacon serving as Director for Trade Finance, Project Finance, Private Equity and Capital Sourcing and Vice-President for Business Development. Mr. Dordevic is also the president of SALTUS LLC (www.saltus.us.com) , a business advisory services company based in Washington DC, which is certified by the , Overseas Private Investment Corp (www.opic.gov). SALTUS offers consulting services to US and foreign businesses that need to establish or expand their foreign operations and obtain necessary funding through federal government programs and/or traditional sources of capital.
Before starting his own business, Mr. Dordevic served as Vice President and Business Development and Federal Contracts Manager at , a wholly owned subsidiary of in Washington, DC. In that capacity he led federal government business development efforts and oversaw activities related to the administration of federal contracts with the U.S. Agency for International Development, the TIFIA Program and (OPIC), encompassing portfolios of international and domestic loans with balances exceeding $30 billion. He served as an Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and as a Financial Analyst at the National Bank of Yugoslavia. Prior to that, he clerked at the of Belgrade and was a Deputy Director of Legal Affairs at Vocarcoop, an export-import company in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. Ms. Cynthia Tsai joined Beacon in June 2011 as its President for Strategic Development and is also currently serving as Executive Vice President for Business Development with Executive Action LLC (www.executiveaction.com). She spent 16 years on Wall Street as a Vice President with Merrill Lynch and Kidder Peabody, involved in venture funds, IPOs, and investor relations. Tsai is the founder and CEO of Health Expo, the largest consumer healthcare event in the U.S. In seven years she grew the enterprise from concept to execution, attracting more than 50 million consumers to HealthExpo.
Cynthia has achieved international recognition for her expertise in private equity financing and development of high-growth companies by securing private capitalization from high-net worth investors.
Previously, she was a General Partner in MassTech Ventures, a multi-million dollar equity fund focused on technology development at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has served on numerous boards and committees:

Mr. Eric A. Williams is an Energy Consultant with an extensive 30+ year track record of leadership. Mr. Williams was his country’s candidate, in December 2009, for the post of Secretary General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum headquartered in Doha, Qatar and has held the Ministerial portfolio as Minister of Energy and Energy Industries for four ] years in the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago from 2002 to 2006. He has had an outstanding career in private enterprise, both in the country and internationally.
During 2009 he was Chief Operating Officer of Afren Energy Resources (Nigeria). His primary responsibilities as Country Manager, for this independent oil and gas E&P Company, included local operations, maintaining relationships with local partners, fence-line communities, as well as, government and regulatory agencies. He managed a staff of thirty plus, mainly Nigerian nationals.
Mr. Williams obtained a BS in Geology with a major in Exploration Geophysics in 1983 from the University of Houston (Central Campus) and built his career from technical to managerial status. Significant among his appointments included Chief Executive Officer of Maranatha Geophysical Services Limited, from 1999 to 2001, Processing Manager of Western Geophysical Division of Baker Hughes (Trinidad Office) from 1998 to 1999 and Marketing Manager of Western Atlas International Inc. (Trinidad Office) in 1998 for a period of one year. Mr. Williams laid the foundation for his career from his post as Geologist Assistant from 1977 for 6 years to senior level Geophysicist at Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago [Petrotrin].
